What are we looking for in a guest post?

The guest posts we are looking for should cover the following categories:

  • Mental and/or Emotional Health

  • Breathing and/or Mindfulness Techniques

  • Personal Development Insights

  • Helpful articles for bettering your Mindset

  • Effective Meditation or Contemplation Exercises

  • Tools and/or Resources for Overall better Health, Happiness, Love, etc.

  • Wisdom you’ve gathered from your own experiences and obstacles.

  • Check any of our Blog Tags for other ideas on what to post.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Your post must be original. That means it must be written by you and not previously published anywhere else, including your own blog/site.

2. Keep your articles original, fresh, unique, authentic, current, relevant to our audience.

3. We might need to edit the content (misspellings, grammar, formatting etc.) before publishing it.

4. Posts must be in proper English.

5. Posts should be between than 800-3000 words (exceptions would be posts that have lots of images or video supplement).

6. It’s imperative that you respond to comments to your published post.


PLEASE FILL-IN THE seven required fields:

Your name. Your real name or whatever we should guest list your name as.

Your Social Handle. Submit your Main Social Account for any followers or reader’s credit.

Your email address. Your primary contact email address for any follow-ups, reader questions, etc.

Proposed headline. The proposed title for your article (120 characters or less).

Your Article Summary A brief summary of your proposed article followed by a final draft (500–1,000 characters or less)

Your Finalized Blog Post Submit your proof-read article to our queue, we’ll go over your blog post, and let you know if you’ve been accepted.

How soon will you know if your article is approved?

We will make sure to read any posts submitted as soon as possible and will most likely let you know within a day or two if we plan on publishing it. This way you’ll know whether you should start submitting your article to other sites.

How soon will your article be posted?

This will depend on how many articles we already have in the queue to be published. Generally, it should be published as fast as within a week of approval.
